Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your wetsuit in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the neoprene is folded gently to avoid permanent creasing.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the gear to confirm it meets our return standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
